At Crown, our goal is to give our customers a great experience. At our Humboldt, Tennessee location, we offer anything from lazy Saturday afternoons hanging out in the tasting room, to fun-filled Friday nights on the patio. Known for our in-depth winery and vineyard tours where questions are welcome, sampling from the tank is encouraged, and tastings are unforgettable. Also a highlight of our Humboldt location... our craft beer and handcrafted pizza! If you travel east about 2 hours from Humboldt, you will find our satellite tasting room in the heart of historic Leipers Fork! With our award winning wines, beautiful creekside views, and the surroundings of the quaint village of Leipers Fork, your visit will be one to remember. At the end of the day, we hope to gain new friends, not just customers. Reservations are not required for either of our Tasting Rooms during regular business hours. Reservations are only required for tours, and special Crown Winery events & experiences!

About Us

Crown Winery first opened its doors for business in May of 2009 by Peter and Rita Howard. After the passing of Peter in 2016, Rita and her sons decided it was time to sell. The winery had been on the market for about a year, when Dawn & Scott Fallert first started dreaming of purchasing the property & business. After a lot of prayers and planning, they decided to take a huge leap of faith by purchasing Crown Winery in September of 2017.

For the last 8+years they have been working to build on the foundation that Peter and Rita started. With new wines, the addition of brewing beer on-site, making handcrafted pizzas, adding new guest experiences, and the addition of Crown Cottages, Scott & Dawn are loving their little piece of paradise and are so excited for the future of Crown Winery.
